SHIPPING POLICY
We take great care in ensuring your order reaches you in a timely manner, while maintaining our commitment to sustainable practices. All orders are shipped from Gandhinagar, Gujarat, India.
ORDER PROCESSING & CONFIRMATION- Orders are processed only after full payment is received.
- Once your order is confirmed, you will receive an email with the order details, including size and shipping address. Please review the information carefully and contact us within 24 hours if you need to make any changes.
- A second email will be sent with tracking information once your order is packed and ready for dispatch.
Since most of our products are made-to-order, the dispatch times may vary, and the gap between confirmation and shipping may be longer.
DISPATCH TIMES- Domestic Orders (India): Typically dispatched within 10-14 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.
- International Orders & Custom Orders: Usually dispatched within 3-4 weeks.
Please note that orders placed during sales or custom-made items may take longer to process. Any delays will be communicated via email.
For urgent delivery requests, please write to us at varsha.h.info@gmail.com at the time of placing the order, and we will do our best to accommodate your timeline.
SHIPPING CHARGES- Within India: We charge a flat shipping fee of ₹100 for all domestic orders. Shipping is complimentary for orders above ₹10,000. Express shipping is available starting at ₹350.
- International Orders: Shipping charges vary based on the country and will be calculated at checkout. In some cases, additional shipping charges may apply, and you will be notified via email before the order is processed.
- Delivery timelines are indicative and may vary based on external factors. Remote areas or unforeseen events may lead to additional delays.
- If your area’s pin code is classified as remote, delivery times may be extended. We will notify you of any delays via email.
- Cash on Delivery (COD): We do not accept COD as a payment method.
- Multiple Orders: If you place multiple orders within a short time, they will be combined and shipped together to reduce shipping costs and environmental impact.
- Unavailable for Delivery: If you are not available to receive the package, our delivery partner will attempt delivery multiple times before returning the package to us. In such cases, you will be responsible for the re-shipping charges.
- Lost or Stolen Packages: Once an order is marked as delivered to the provided shipping address, Varsha Handicraft is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages.
- Customs, Duties, and Taxes (International Orders): For international orders, any additional customs duties, import taxes, or local taxes are the responsibility of the customer. Please note that we cannot retrieve packages once they leave India. If your package is held by customs, you will need to reach out to the authorities directly to clear it.
We strive to provide the best possible shipping experience and make every effort to ensure that your order reaches you within the estimated time frame. However, please note that we cannot guarantee delivery timelines due to factors beyond our control.

RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
At Varsha Handicraft, we strive to deliver the best in craftsmanship and quality, ensuring that each transaction on our website is smooth and satisfactory. We adhere to high-quality standards and take utmost care in packaging and delivering our products.
As a policy, we do not offer returns or exchanges on products that are delivered in perfect condition as per the order placed.
However, if the product you receive is wrongfully delivered (i.e., it does not match the order confirmation) or contains a genuine manufacturing defect, we are open to providing a full refund or re-fulfilling your order.

If you receive a wrong or defective product or experience damage in transit, please contact our customer care within 48 hours of delivery:

Please include your order number, date of transaction, delivery address, and images of the wrongfully delivered or defective item.
We advise checking the products upon delivery and noting any tampering, damage, or missing items on the delivery receipt provided by the courier partner.
Please retain the packaging of damaged products until our representative or insurance adjuster reviews the issue.
Our customer care team will look into the matter and respond within 48 working hours with a resolution.
EXCHANGE & REFUND POLICY
Given the handcrafted nature of our products, each return or exchange request is handled on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the sole discretion to determine the appropriate resolution based on the situation.
- No refunds will be issued if the customer has provided incorrect or incomplete shipping details, if there have been three failed delivery attempts by the courier, or if the package is refused by the recipient.
- Before accepting delivery, please ensure the merchandise is in good condition and has not been tampered with. If you believe the package was damaged in transit, retain the original packaging (including price tags, invoices, and labels) until we arrange for an inspection.
